Truly enjoyed the Mexican-style building and our good-sized and beautifully designed room with a/c and tv. The cost was $ 2330. Its location in Playa del Carmen was particularly good, close enough to Playa del Carmen and very close to the 5th Avenue and Tulum.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a such wonderful experience. The room we had included climate control, flat screen cable TV, and a writing desk. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offered great services.

Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

the room was exceptionally clean and huge with with tv, a king bed, for instance, had good night sleep. the staff were affable and pleasant made my stay lovely. the service here was good.

The hotel had perfect location short walk to Coco Bongo and 5th avenue and shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and absolutely excellent!

The room is functional, cheap comes with a local bar and a balcony. The staff is very-very nice and outstandingly accommodating at all the levels. The location is great and stunning, greatly enjoyed to be close to some leisure places, we've visited restaurants and pubs.

Impress flavor, absolutely no European design. If someone wants to feel it in Mexico, feel the flavor of this country - choose this hotel. Very cozy. Rooms great, comfortable. Cleaned regularly. Very friendly staff. The hotel is very convenient - near a bank, currency exchange, shop 24 hours, cheap cafes. The only disadvantage of the hotel - very loud air conditioners.

The hotel and staff are charming and the location is excellent, close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the nice pool.

Our room had a persistent moldy odor. At night it is a bit noisy due to a nearby seemingly all-night disco.

Good small hotel located near well within walking distance, Coba, and shopping center. Had best possible and strategic location to be close to the ADO Alterna bus station, a short walk to Coco Bongo.

This hotel on 10th Avenue in the heart of Playa Del Carmen center offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and come with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, TV, and comfortable beds. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool, adding a touch of relaxation to the experience. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, being very close to a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants on 5th Avenue.
